family in harm\u2019s way.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-3\"><\/div>\n<p>Harry continued:\u00a0<strong>\u201cThis legal action has been a last resort, but one that has uncovered shocking truths, starting with the fact that the Royal Household are key decision-makers on RAVEC and my sole representation for matters regarding my safety.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-11\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>\u201cIn this process I\u2019ve also learned the names of all those involved, many of whom retired immediately after playing their part.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He added:\u00a0<strong>\u201cTo this present day, the Royal Household remain my sole representation on RAVEC for evert visit and could call for this assessment to be done at any point.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-13\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>\u201cThe only possible conclusion that can be drawn is they choose not to, because they know the outcome would prove that my security should never have been removed in the first place.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-3\"><\/div>\n<p>Harry continued by describing how neo-Nazis and extremist organisations, such as Al-Qaeda, had threatened him and his family.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-14\"><\/div>\n<p>Home Secretary Yvette Cooper will receive a letter from the Duke of Sussex requesting that she\u00a0<strong>\u201curgently examine the matter and review the Ravec process.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Harry feels that since Megxit five years ago, he has been\u00a0<strong>\u201csingled out\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>\u201cbadly treated\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0<strong>\u201cunjustified, inferior treatment.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<div argument,\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>according to Sir Geoffrey Vos, the Master of the Rolls, and he finally failed.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-18\"><\/div>\n<p>When Harry and Meghan resigned as senior royals and departed the country, he declared that the initial security decision had been a\u00a0<strong>\u201cpredictable\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0and specifics of his tense relationship with his father\u2014which one royal analyst called a<strong>\u00a0\u201csad and sorry saga\u201d<\/strong>\u2014Harry made his remarks about Ravec.<\/p>\n<p>He \u2018won\u2019t speak to me\u2019 and \u2018doesn\u2019t know how much longer he has left,\u2019 according to the Duke of Sussex\u2019s scathing attack on King Charles last night.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-21\"><\/div>\n<p>According to him, he has had\u00a0<strong>\u201cso many disagreements\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0with his family, some of whom\u00a0<strong>\u201cmay never It\u2019s just such a sad and sorry saga.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-26\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>\u201cI had hoped eventually there might be some kind of reconciliation, but clearly, although Harry says he wants reconciliation, he doesn\u2019t see he can do that now.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During his interview with the BBC, Harry said the King<strong>\u00a0\u201cwon\u2019t speak to me\u201d<\/strong>, and claimed to be the victim of an<strong>\u00a0\u201cEstablishment stitch-up.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-27\"><\/div>\n<p>In addition, the Duke of Sussex charged that the Royal Household was\u00a0<strong>\u201cinterfering\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0in his ongoing legal battle to have his police bodyguards reinstated in His Majesty\u2019s courts.<\/p>\n<p>He made the remarks in a harsh interview with the BBC following yesterday\u2019s court decision against him.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-28\"><\/div>\n<p>Harry said that he would never bring Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet to Britain, and that he does not even know\u00a0<strong>\u201chow much longer my father has\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to live because of the terrible family relationships.<\/p>\n<p>According to a royal insider, Charles is still angry and unhappy with his son, even if Harry may wish to mend his connection with his family.<\/p>\n<p>According to a friend of the King, his involvement in the legal matter would have been \u2018constitutionally wrong\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>They added:\u00a0<strong>\u201cWhat has frustrated and upset him on a more personal level is the Duke\u2019s failure to respect this principle.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cAnd for his supporters to suggest that somehow his father doesn\u2019t care about his family, or should step in.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Harry, 40, infuriated that \u2018the other side\u2019 in the case had \u2018triumphed in keeping me insecure\u2019 yesterday after England\u2019s second-highest judge rejected his appeal court attempt to have his police bodyguards back in the UK.<\/p>\n<p>The duke claimed the Royal Household used security\u00a0<strong>\u201cto imprison\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0members of the Royal Family, preventing them\u00a0<strong>\u201cfrom being able to choose a different life.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0The duke left Britain in 2020 to live first in Canada and then in California.<\/p>\n<p>He said:\u00a0<strong>\u201cIt\u2019s really quite sad that I won\u2019t be able to show my children my homeland.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cI\u2019m \u2018devastated\u2019 that I lost my battle over taxpayer-funded bodyguards,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0Harry said in the rare interview, adding that he will have to pay \u00a31.5 million in legal fees.<\/p>\n<p>When he disclosed that\u00a0<strong>\u201csomeone had told me beforehand\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0that there was\u00a0<strong>\u201cno way to win,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0he smiled.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018It\u2019s impossible to bring my family back to the UK,\u2019 the duke said in a barrage of stunning jabs at the Royal Family within hours of yesterday\u2019s decision in the Royal Courts of Justice in London.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cI love my country and always have done. Despite what some people in that country have done,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0Harry added.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cSo I miss the UK. I miss parts of the UK. Of course I do. I think it\u2019s really quite sad that I won\u2019t be able to show my children my homeland.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Buckingham Palace issued a direct response last night refuting Harry\u2019s allegations of an establishment stitch-up.<\/p>\n<p>Harry revealed his conflict with the King and Prince William, saying he had<strong>\u00a0\u201cforgiven them<\/strong>\u201d after his racist interview with Oprah Winfrey and the release of his scathing memoir, Spare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cThere have been so many disagreements, differences between me and some of my family,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0he said.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cSome will never forgive me for writing a book. But I would love reconciliation with my family.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cI don\u2019t know how much longer my father has. He won\u2019t speak to me because of this security stuff. But it would be nice to reconcile.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>But Harry paired his plea with an accusation that risks a constitutional debate:\u00a0<strong>\u201cWhat I know is interference came from the royal household.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Harry stated that only he and the late Queen had comparable security risk\u00a0<strong>\u201cscores,\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>as determined by a Home Office quango, in an interview with the BBC\u2019s Nada Tawfik in California.<\/p>\n<p>He added:\u00a0<strong>\u201cI\u2019ve been treated differently to everybody else that exists, I have been singled out.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And in what was interpreted as a reference to Princess Diana, who died in a car crash, Harry said:\u00a0<strong>\u201cI don\u2019t want history to repeat itself. Through the [court] process, I have discovered that some people want history to repeat itself.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As the duke stated, this court battle\u2019mattered the most\u2019 out of all his court battles, yesterday\u2019s decision is a cruel blow.<\/p>\n<p>Now, taxpayers and his solicitors will be required to pay for his legal fees. The Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (Ravec) at the Home Office decided to reduce the security.<\/p>\n<p>Harry said his \u2018jaw dropped\u2019 when he discovered the Royal Household \u2013 he named the King\u2019s private secretary Sir Clive Alderton \u2013 sat on the Ravec committee. said.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cBut I concluded, having studied the detail, I could not say that the Duke\u2019s sense of grievance translated into a legal argument to challenge RAVEC\u2019s decision.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Harry\u00a0<strong>\u201cmakes the mistake of confusing superficial analogies,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0according to Sir Geoffrey, when he contrasts himself with other VIPs who have<strong>\u00a0\u201cadded nothing\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to the legal issue.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018My conclusion was that the Duke of Sussex\u2019s appeal would be dismissed,\u2019 he continued.<\/p>\n<p>This implies that while he, Meghan, Archie, and Lilibet are in the UK, they will not immediately be rehired armed police bodyguards, which are funded by British taxpayers.<\/p>\n<p>It makes it increasingly doubtful that the Sussexes will return to Britain.<\/p>\n<p>Writing to Home Secretary Yvette Cooper, Harry stated in a statement last night that he will
