Hefner passed away in 2017 at the age of 91.<\/p>\n<p>As one of the stars of the reality series\u00a0<em>The Girls Next Door<\/em>, Madison gave fans a glimpse of life inside the mansion. But in more recent years, she has been opening up in more detail about what that life actually involved \u2014 especially when it came to her relationship with Hefner.<\/p>\n<p>In a conversation on the\u00a0<em>In Your Dreams<\/em>\u00a0podcast hosted by Owen Thiele, she reflected on what it was like sharing Hefner with his other live-in girlfriends, Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson. She also spoke honestly about what it was like behind the scenes.<\/p>\n<p>When it came to their sex life, she said that things were more \u201cnormal\u201d than most people might expect, especially given the 50-year age gap. But she did admit there was one particular act that she truly couldn\u2019t stand.<\/p>\n<div class=\"article_image_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.tbdcdn.com\/uploads\/2025\/05\/05\/107957-thatviralfeed.com-large-603104.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"article_image_credits\"><span class=\"article_image_credits_caption\">Holly Madison has opened up about her sex life with Hugh Hefner<\/span><span class=\"article_image_credits_credits\">Chad Buchanan\/Getty Images<\/span><\/div>\n<div>She shared:\u00a0<em>\u201cWell, it\u2019s a very different story between when we were just by ourselves than with everybody else in the room.\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"jxilw6821411734ad3\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1712269\" data-uid=\"16552\">\n<div id=\"mgw1712269_16552\">\n<div>\n<div class=\"mgbox\">\n<div class=\"mgheader\">\n<p><em>\u201cEverybody else in the room, no. That was disgusting. I hated it. I made it very known I hated it.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIf it was just me and him, it was a lot more normal than you would think.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Madison also opened up about how she used to be mocked online whenever she mentioned anything about her sex life with Hefner, and it usually came back to their age difference.<\/p>\n<p>She explained:\u00a0<em>\u201cI think everybody has this real horror story of how gross an old man\u2019s body must be.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI feel like there was a time when I couldn\u2019t post anything without some dumba** in the comments like, \u2018Oh, old balls\u2019, or something like that and look, maybe some people\u2019s balls do get old and nasty, but I\u2019ve never seen such a thing.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"article_image_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.tbdcdn.com\/uploads\/2025\/05\/05\/107957-thatviralfeed.com-large-603105.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"article_image_credits\"><span class=\"article_image_credits_caption\">She said she had normal sex with Hefner despite the significant age difference<\/span><span class=\"article_image_credits_credits\">Laurence Cottrell\/FilmMagic<\/span><\/div>\n<div>Even though things felt relatively normal between the two of them when they were alone, Madison has been very vocal about the pressures and dark sides of the Playboy lifestyle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with Mail Online, she described how difficult it was to navigate that world. She said:\u00a0<em>\u201cWhen you\u2019re involved in a world where you\u2019re highly sexualized or sexualizing yourself, and there\u2019s a lot of things at stake and things you could possibly gain, like fame, money, opportunities, there\u2019s people around you who are jealous of those things.
