People in town considered him a local prodigy when it came to fixing or rebuilding almost anything.<\/p>\n<p>He also told people he had been communicating with aliens. Please use the instructions in my will as a guide to help. Love, Granger.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>His disappearance sparked a massive search effort. Loved ones scoured the region, hoping for any sign of him, but no trace could be found.<\/p>\n<div class=\"article_image_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.tbdcdn.com\/uploads\/2025\/05\/18\/108035-thatviralfeed.com-large-603595.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"atd_pages\">\n<article class=\"atd\">Then, in March 1986\u2014nearly six years after he went missing\u2014forestry workers discovered a blast site deep in the woods near Mount Prevost, not far from the Taylor family\u2019s home.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators later confirmed that a destroyed vehicle at the site had a registration number matching Granger\u2019s Datsun pickup truck.<\/p>\n<p>They also found fragments of what appeared to be human bones and a piece of clothing similar to one of Granger\u2019s shirts.
