While it primarily affects people over 65, it is often treatable \u2014 and sometimes even reversible. Symptoms can include difficulty walking, balance issues, dementia, and urinary incontinence, according to the\u00a0Cleveland Clinic.<\/p>\n<p>Fans across the country are sending their well-wishes to Joel, who has been a fixture in American music for decades.
