We came around to this road, which turns into a country road, which turns into a dirt road\u2026 And there\u2019s these people walking around and their eyes are going in different directions, and they are barking at us.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd then one guy, you would look him in the eye or say anything, and he would just scream and go running away, and his pants would fall around his ankles, and he would go running off and go and kick a garbage can. And this would happen over and over. After\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=EE5Z1uix9Ew&amp;ab_channel=SoftWhiteUnderbelly\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">showing evidence<\/a>\u00a0of fund transfers on his channel, Laita decided to end his fundraisers.<\/p>\n<p>Even then, Betty seemed confused when Laita confirmed he hadn\u2019t held back any funds. In 2024, Larry Whittaker was rumored dead after relatives told Laita he died of a heart attack. But Larry was very much alive and unaware of the rumors.<\/p>\n<p>In a revealing video, Larry\u2019s daughter admitted to fabricating his death to get money \u2014 $1,000 meant for a \u201cfuneral.\u201d She confessed with remorse, smoking a cigarette:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI shouldn\u2019t have done it. I\u2019m trying to get help for my drug addiction.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Despite the chaos, Laita gave Larry $700 to take his daughter to North Carolina to start fresh \u2014 but Larry allegedly kept the money without following through. The roots of their genetic issues trace back to identical twin brothers Henry and John Whittaker, whose descendants repeatedly married within the family.<\/p>\n<p>Henry and John\u2019s children, including Harry and Sally, had seven children, among them John Isom Whittaker, born in 1882. John Isom married his first cousin Ada Rigg, and together they had nine children.
