He also found himself in handcuffs, although he was neither arrested nor detained.<\/p>\n<p>In a separate incident related to ICE, New Jersey Democrat Representative LaMonica McIver has been charged with assaulting federal officers after video evidence reportedly captured her using her forearm to push ICE agents during a confrontation at a detention facility in New Jersey.
