A passerby, Ashad Russell, who intervened during an attack on a Florida sheriff\u2019s deputy, was cleared of any wrongdoing by the State Attorney\u2019s Office. Russell, 35, saw Deputy Dean Bardes being assaulted on Interstate 75.
