A heavily tattooed mum has revealed she\u2019s banned from ink parlours who refuse to touch her face.<\/p>\n
Melissa Sloan, who has been dubbed \u2018Britain\u2019s most tattooed mum\u2019, has been inked that many times she\u2019s lost count of how many tattoos now cover her entire body.<\/p>\n
The 45-year-old from Wales estimates she has around 100 tattoos \u2013 which includes three layers on her face alone \u2013 and while her ink is now like \u2018an addiction\u2019, it hasn\u2019t come without its issues.<\/p>\n
And this includes not being able to get a job and being banned from certain ink parlours, with artists refusing to work on the mum-of-two\u2019s face.<\/p>\n

Recently Melissa explained how she hasn\u2019t worked for 20 years due to her unique appearance.<\/p>\n
\u201cI have applied for jobs and they look at me and say \u2018what is this\u2019, like I\u2019m not a human being,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
\u201cI would love a job and prove them all wrong because all the time they keep saying to me \u2018we don\u2019t want to give you a job, no one will give you a job\u2019,\u201d Melissa explained, adding that she\u2019s even offered to \u2018scrub toilets\u2019 in the past.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019d love to be a solicitor or a lawyer in crime because I always used to be in trouble with the police myself. So I think I could do that job.\u201d<\/p>\n
Alongside not being able to find employment, many tattoo parlours have refused service to Melissa, with the mum claiming it\u2019s all down to her facial ink.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m banned from tattoo parlours because my face is full of tattoos,\u201d she claimed. \u201cSome tattoo places don\u2019t do them on faces.<\/p>\n
\u201cTattoo shops shut the door on me \u2013 tattooists won\u2019t let me in. When I had this done [my face], there\u2019s one about five miles up the road and they won\u2019t do it.\u201d<\/p>\n

But Melissa has somewhat found a way around this dilemma by resorting to doing her own ink, with her partner often stepping in to help.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve got my own kit and I get it out any time of the day,\u201d Melissa elaborated. \u201cAt night, if I feel like a tattoo, I\u2019ll just have a tattoo.\u201d<\/p>\n
And it\u2019s not just tattoo artists who have refused Melissa entry into their establishment, with the mum claiming to have been barred from a pub and even being made to watch her child\u2019s nativity play from the window.<\/p>\n
\u201cNo Christmas parties and when I go to my child\u2019s school I don\u2019t get invited,\u201d she said to the Daily Star.<\/p>\n

Melissa Sloan is that addicted to tattoos she now has 800, but this has led to her being banned from the likes of the pub and school.<\/p>\n
There is certainly a perception that tattoos can be pretty addictive, when you\u2019ve got one, you want another one.<\/p>\n
The problem is they are a pretty expensive obsession, and the bills can certainly rack up if you get inked fairly often.<\/p>\n
One woman who is renowned for all her tattoos is Melissa Sloan, who is actually famed for being covered in head to toe in ink.<\/p>\n
In fact, the mum-of-two has 800 tattoos, leading her to believe she is the \u2018world\u2019s most tattooed person\u2019.<\/p>\n

You are probably thinking how often Melissa gets a tat \u2013 considering she has so many \u2013 well, the mum gets a staggering three a week, which is certainly impressive.<\/p>\n
But while Melissa loves tattoos, she is now all too familiar with being left out and not even permitted to enter certain venues because of the way she looks.<\/p>\n
Over the years, the 46-year-old has been banned from a variety different areas of life, including work, school, and even the boozers.<\/p>\n
In fact, the mum has even been banned from some tattoo parlours as they don\u2019t feel comfortable tattooing her out of fear she has an ink addiction.<\/p>\n
Nonetheless, Melissa says there\u2019s \u2018nothing she can do about it\u2019 now, though the taste of a nice cold pint in the British summer is surely a big miss.<\/p>\n
She said: \u201cI can\u2019t get a job. They won\u2019t have me. I applied for a job cleaning toilets where I live and they won\u2019t have me because of my tattoos.<\/p>\n

Melissa claims she had to watch her children\u2019s nativity play last year through the window, as she was not allowed inside of the school.<\/p>\n

Every inch of Melissa\u2019s head is covered in tattoos, but one layer was not enough for the tattoo lover.<\/p>\n
It got to the point where she started inking over her original designs until she had covered her whole face twice.<\/p>\n
Since then, she has even done it a third time, meaning the Guinness World Record is on the way shortly, right?<\/p>\n
Melissa is that adamant she wants a Guinness World Record to prove she is the world\u2019s most tattooed person.<\/p>\n
She said: \u201cI\u2019m trying to get into the Guinness book of records.<\/p>\n
