drove his sedan to a Border<\/p>\n
Patrol checkpoint on<\/p>\n
U.S. Highway 57 on August 1, 2023.<\/p>\n
During his approach, a trained USBP<\/p>\n
canine alerted agents to movement in his trunk,<\/p>\n
where an individual was discovered.<\/p>\n
Instead of stopping,<\/p>\n
Dominguez reversed<\/p>\n
and struck an agent<\/p>\n
