tonight\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0with traffic.<\/p>\n<p>The animation then shows that approximately two and a half minutes prior to the accident, Eaves instructed Lobach to\u00a0<strong>\u201ccome down for me\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0and fly at 200 feet while they were at 300 feet.<\/p>\n<p>The helicopter was then twice alerted by air traffic control about the passenger jet, once approximately two minutes prior to the crash and again ninety seconds later.<\/p>\n<p>On both occasions, the helicopter acknowledged that it could see the plane and asked for a\u00a0<strong>\u201cvisual separation\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0so that they could move more easily.<\/p>\n<p>About 20 seconds prior to the collision, a controller gave the team the go-ahead to\u00a0<strong>\u201cpass behind\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0the plane after approving that.<\/p>\n<p>But according to a cockpit transcript, the Black Hawk\u2019s microphone experienced an audio glitch that prevented the command from being heard.<\/p>\n<p>Five seconds after the final warning about the plane, Eaves could be heard saying to Lobach,\u00a0<strong>\u201cAlright, kinda come left for me ma\u2019am, I think that\u2019s why he\u2019s asking.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Her response was,\u00a0<strong>\u201cSure.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"nv-iframe-embed\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"
