At first, the suggestion sounded more like a joke than a realistic plan. Yet the more Ussery considered it, the more sense it made. An aircraft offered enormous space, durability, and a unique layout that could be repurposed into a home unlike any other.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1217\" data-end=\"1514\">With that vision in mind, she purchased a decommissioned Boeing 727 for just $2,000. The aircraft had once soared across the skies but was now stripped of its airline features, sitting idle as a relic of aviation history.
