On the evening of September 11, a family member of Tyler Robinson reached out to a family friend who contacted the Washington County Sheriff\u2019s Office with information that Robinson had confessed to them or implied that he had committed the incident,\u201d Cox said during a news conference on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The Governor recalled an incident in which Robinson had dinner before September 10, where he mentioned that Charlie Kirk was coming to Utah Valley University. He confirmed that inscriptions were found on the bullet casings belonging to Tyler Robinson.<\/p>\n<p>One read, \u201cNotices, bulges.\u201d Three unfired casings were also found with inscriptions that read, \u201cHey fascist!
