A memorial was held for him at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. over the weekend, and millions have mourned and honored him nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>While not all agreed with Charlie Kirk\u2019s oft-strong opinions, the fact that he was slain in the middle of an open discussion is a tragedy that should disturb the left and right equally.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, actress Jamie Lee Curtis appeared on the\u00a0<em>WTF with Marc Maron\u00a0<\/em>Podcast, where she broke down in tears over the horrifying murder of Kirk. While the\u00a0<em>Freaky Friday<\/em>\u00a0star admitted she disagreed with Kirk \u201con almost every point I ever heard him say,\u201d the killing had affected her fundamentally.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m going to bring something up with you just because it\u2019s front of mind,\u201d Curtis said, per\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/TMZ\/status\/1967750745882796183\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">TMZ<\/a>. \u201cI disagreed with him on almost every point I ever heard him say, but I believe he was a man of faith.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jamie Lee Curtis\u2019 voice changed in emotion before continuing: \u201cI hope in that moment when he died that he felt connected to his faith.
