The same technique involving a penis or scrotum is referred to as a \u201cbrozilian\u201d or \u201cmanzilian\u201d and estheticians are specifically trained for each.<\/p>\n<p>Simpson, 37, still has her male genitalia but it didn\u2019t stop her from accusing five independent beauty workers for refusing to give her a wax, demanding up to $15,000 in damages from each of them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNone of these providers had any issue with anything until I mentioned I was transgender,\u201d the Langley, British Columbia resident told the court, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.ph\/20200320214512\/https:\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/news\/2019\/10\/23\/canadian-transgender-woman-loses-case-against-beauticians-refused\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Telegraph<\/a>\u00a0reports.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-simpson-vs-beauticians\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simpson vs. beauticians<\/h2>\n<p>In 2019, the trans woman lost the country\u2019s landmark discrimination case and was ordered pay $2,000 in damages to each of the three respondents who testified at the hearings.<\/p>\n<div id=\"newsner-30bde31bf92ca6dc05b5d1f1336945c0\" class=\"newsner-30bde31bf92ca6dc05b5d1f1336945c0 newsner-amp_article_inside_content\"><\/div>\n<p>The court also said she showed \u201canimus toward certain racial, religious and cultural groups.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The workers who testified were home-based estheticians, minorities who worked from their own homes, spoke little English and were forced to shutter their businesses after Simpson\u2019s accusations.<\/p>\n<p>The women performed Brazilian\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.newsner.com\/tag\/beauty\/\">waxing<\/a>\u00a0services on their female clients but were not trained or equipped to handle male anatomy.<\/p>\n<p>When a reporter at the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/calgaryherald.com\/opinion\/columnists\/corbella-jessica-yaniv-growing-bolder-in-her-bid-to-have-her-male-genitals-waxed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Calgary Herald<\/a>\u00a0asked if she felt bad the businesses closed because of her, she replied: \u201cNo, why should I feel bad? The one who was the victim here was me. This is not acceptable to the Township and will not be tolerated going forward.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She responded with a now deleted tweet, where she said, per the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernstandard.news\/news\/yaniv-accused-of-calling-fire-department-dozens-of-times-making-lewd-remarks\/article_75ea146d-27c2-5f86-822d-7c33354a65ee.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Western Standard<\/a>, that she\u2019ll \u201cbe suing the township for libel and other things.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-simpson-vs-gynecologist\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simpson vs. gynecologist<\/h2>\n<p>Despite her many charges, including possession of a prohibited weapon, mischief, assault, and using sexualized language in communications with underage girls, Simpson \u2013 who\u2019s several times been accused of racism \u2013 appears to be bolstered by the public scrutiny.<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, she decided to go after a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.newsner.com\/tag\/health\/\">gynecologist\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0office that allegedly told her \u201cwe don\u2019t serve transgender patients.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a now deleted Instagram post, Simpson said she was \u201cshocked.. and confused\u2026 and hurt.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAre they allowed to do that, legally? Isn\u2019t that against the college practices,\u201d she tweeted, tagging the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC), the group that regulates medicine in the province.<\/p>\n<p>Per the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-7752769\/Transgender-activist-sued-salon-refusing-wax-complains-gynecologist-wont-her.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Daily Mail<\/a>, she then shared with her followers: \u201cGynaecologists form a part of the multidisciplinary team who engage with transgender and non\u2010binary patients, either as part of the transition stage performing surgery or managing pre\u2010 or post\u2010transition gynaecological problems.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And though she later claimed the CPSBC agreed she was discriminated against, there have been no updates since she launched the complaint in 2019.<\/p>\n<div id=\"newsner-fba440893901359cb5ed24fa9d20039d\" class=\"newsner-fba440893901359cb5ed24fa9d20039d newsner-amp_article_inside_content\"><\/div>\n<h2 id=\"h-what-people-are-saying\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">What people are saying<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cHaving plastic surgery and taking artificial hormones doesn\u2019t magically turn a male into a female. Nor does it automatically mean all OBGYN\u2019s would be qualified to treat a man who imitates being a woman,\u201d Kirralie Smith told\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.binary.org.au\/about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Binary<\/a>, a group that \u201cpushes against harmful gender theory and the aggressive ideological agenda that comes with it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Smith continued, \u201c[Simpson] needs to see a transgender specialist, not a doctor who specialises in women\u2019s health care.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ricky Gervais, one of the world\u2019s funniest and most controversial comedians also commented on Simpson\u2019s claims: \u201cIt\u2019s disgusting that a qualified gynaecologist can refuse to check a lady\u2019s cock for ovarian cancer. What if her bollocks are pregnant? She could lose the baby.
