They believe stronger work incentives could help participants achieve greater financial independence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1972\">However, advocacy groups warn that stricter eligibility rules and new administrative burdens could make it harder for vulnerable families to access consistent food assistance.
