And that was my first memory, in that little cottage,\u201d she recalled.<\/p>\n<div id=\"newsner-299153333\" class=\"newsner-article_inside_content\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"newsner-a2534552649fde18eb927af51297d9d0\" class=\"newsner-a2534552649fde18eb927af51297d9d0 newsner-amp_article_inside_content\"><\/div>\n<p>She added, \u201cStone, it had ivy on the front. It had literally a white picket fence around it, in the middle of a hay field and woods.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Close revealed her plans, she will make a stone cottage behind her house, \u2018because the happiest and most inspiring years of my life was in that place\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>She will make it into a two-bedroom place, one for herself and the other one for a live-in carer whom she will employ to care for her in her final years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd that\u2019s where I\u2019m gonna die. Happily,\u201d she said of her plans.<\/p>\n<p>While she may be making plans for her final days, the 78-year-old said she does not feel her age at all.<\/p>\n<p>She shared, \u201cOh God, I feel probably around in my 20s. Maybe early 30s.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She shared how she was amazed by how old she actually is when she feels so much younger than she is in reality.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen I think of how old I actually am, it just amazes me,\u201d she shared. \u201cSo I don\u2019t think about it much.<\/p>\n<div id=\"newsner-1069689141\" class=\"newsner-article_inside_content\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"newsner-a99007549b4648af8f6dc1be1c21cad3\" class=\"newsner-a99007549b4648af8f6dc1be1c21cad3 newsner-amp_article_inside_content\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cCause I don\u2019t think i fit into whatever people expect you to be like when you\u2019re 78 years old.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Glenn Close is still pretty active in her work.
