Former NASCAR champion\u00a0Greg Biffle\u00a0and his wife often opened up their lives to fans through social media \u2014 sharing glimpses of their family\u2019s day to day even until just hours\u00a0before they died\u00a0in a fiery plane crash in North Carolina.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, Dec. 18, Biffle\u2019s wife, Cristina Grossu Biffle, was posting on Instagram \u2014 including a meme about success inspired by Martha Stewart.<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

Earlier this month, she shared a\u00a0loved-up couple\u2019s photo\u00a0with Greg and, last month,\u00a0a shot<\/a>\u00a0of her snuggling her 5-year-old son, Ryder. Or, as she put it in her caption, simply: “My \u2764\ufe0f.”<\/p>\n

Since news of their deaths \u2014 along with daughter Emma, 14 \u2014 was confirmed on Thursday, after their small plane crashed in Statesville that morning, fans have begun to fill their social media with condolences.<\/p>\n

Cristina herself had reflected on seizing the future as it came.<\/p>\n

In recent days, when he wasn\u2019t posting about his continued love of racing, Greg was promoting\u00a0his \u201cBiffmas\u201d daily holiday giveaway\u00a0of cash and other prizes as well as posting sweet clips from his life as a husband and dad: date night with Cristina,\u00a0playing badminton\u00a0with his son, even showing off one of Ryder\u2019s\u00a0toy excavators.<\/p>\n
