Nobody\u2019s advocating for skipping showers indefinitely, but moderation is key.<\/p>\n<p>Experts say that for most people, showering two to three times a week is not only sufficient \u2014 it might actually be healthier.<\/p>\n<p>How often you bathe really depends on your lifestyle.
