Her father is co-anchor of Good Morning America and her mother is 19 years old. Making vlogs about her fight against cancer has been very helpful. She began her cancer fight series in October of last year, after a large medulloblastoma in her cerebellum was taken out.<\/p>\n<p>She talked about being in the hospital for three days in a video.\u00a0<strong>\u201cI\u2019ve just been getting a lot of fevers,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0she explained in the video.\u00a0<strong>\u201cIf you get a fever over 100.4, you have to go in.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It was really hard for her to be in the hospital for three days. She got a blood transfer, an MRI, and had her chemo port cleaned while she was there. It was\u00a0<strong>\u201creally painful,\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>she said, and she was glad to be out of the hospital. In the video, she wrote,\u00a0<strong>\u201cGet me outta here!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>But she was back in the hospital in a little less than 12 hours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cI catfished everyone,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0she joked in the video.\u00a0<strong>\u201cI had a 102-degree fever and had to go back inside.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0We\u2019re trying to figure out what\u2019s wrong, but no one can.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cThis fever is the worst I think I\u2019ve ever had,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0she said.\u00a0<strong>\u201cI feel better now than I did the first time.\u201d I didn\u2019t think much of it because I just had a terrible headache, but now we\u2019re in the emergency room.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I don\u2019t feel great. I don\u2019t feel horrible,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0Isabella said.\u00a0<strong>\u201cI\u2019ve felt worse but I don\u2019t feel good. I feel like I can barely walk now.\u201d Her father\u2019s girlfriend Kayla Quick can be heard saying in the background how she had been walking in the hospital just two days ago, to which Isabella commented, \u201cIt\u2019s really declined.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Isabella vlogged a bad surprise that night, which was a shame. She told everyone that she had to have surgery without warning to drain blood from the back of her head.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cI have surgery last minute now to drain fluid from the back of my head,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0she said in the video.\u00a0<strong>\u201cSo they\u2019re just going to stick a needle in my head and drain it.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cI\u2019ll be under anesthesia,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0she told the camera,\u00a0<strong>\u201cbut still very not what I planned to do because I didn\u2019t plan on coming back to the hospital.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cThe last three days have been a little rough because she had a fever that kind of comes and goes,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0the 52-year-old Straha told his co-anchors about his daughter.\u00a0<strong>\u201cI had to take her to the hospital and thought she\u2019d come home a few hours later. \u2026It\u2019s been three days, but hopefully, she\u2019ll be home today.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The former NFL player said that the side effects of chemotherapy were \u201cexpected,\u201d but they have still been hard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cIt is tough to see her go through it, but I know she\u2019s a tough young lady and she\u2019s going to make it through it,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0he added.<\/p>\n<p>Michael also talked about how grateful he and his daughter were for all the help they had gotten from fans, friends, and family.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cI think, for her, so many people have reached out and said, \u2018I\u2019m glad you\u2019re doing this,\u2019 \u2018Thank you for doing this,\u2019 \u2018This has really helped us,\u2019 and all that support that she is getting from people she doesn\u2019t know, on top of people that she does know, has kept her in a very positive space,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0he said to his co-anchors.\u00a0<strong>\u201cSo thank you to everybody.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We hope Isabelle Strahan gets better quickly and send our thoughts and prayers to her and her family during this hard time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 19-year-old daughter of Michael Strahan, Isabelle Strahan, has been going through a terrible health fight.
