Tom Hanks<\/a><\/span>\u00a0and his wife\u00a0Rita Wilson<\/a><\/span>\u00a0hilariously stormed out of the SNL 50: The Homecoming Concert on Friday during a moment that has since gone viral.<\/p>\n

The Forrest Gump actor, 68 – who\u00a0made an appearance on the sketch comedy series<\/a><\/span>\u00a0late last year – has notably hosted\u00a0Saturday Night Live<\/a><\/span>\u00a0a whopping 10 tens times, and became a member of the Five-Timers Club.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0celebration took place at the iconic Radio City Music Hall<\/a><\/span>\u00a0on Valentine’s Day, with a number of stars in attendance such as\u00a0Pete Davidson<\/a><\/span>,\u00a0Adam Sandler<\/a><\/span>,\u00a0Scarlett Johansson<\/a><\/span>,\u00a0Pedro Pascal<\/a><\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0Anya Taylor-Joy<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

At one point during the event, host\u00a0Jimmy Fallon<\/a><\/span>\u00a0shared the disclaimer that no awards would be given out during the night – which didn’t sit too well with Hanks and Wilson.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

‘Apparently, there’s been some confusion,’ the talk show host said. ‘This is just a concert. We’re not giving out any awards tonight. So I just want to make sure that everyone knows that.’<\/p>\n

Directly behind Fallon, the camera panned to show the actor and his wife stand up and begin to walk out of the theater in a humorous bit.<\/p>\n
