A father watched in horror as the bubbling goo from a squishy toy burned through the clothes of his 7-year-old daughter and ripped the skin from her tiny body after a TikTok challenge went tragically wrong<\/strong>.<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n

What started as an innocent experiment turned into a horrific accident for seven-year-old Missouri\u2019s Scarlett Selby, who like many\u00a0children<\/a>\u00a0her age, loved playing with her NeeDoh squishy toy.<\/p>\n

The squishy stress cubes, made by\u00a0Schylling Toys<\/a>, comes with a warning that reads, \u201cDo NOT heat, freeze, or microwave, may cause personal injury.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite the warnings, social media users were pushing the limits of the product, sharing clips of them biting, freezing or microwaving the jelly toys that are made of rubber with a polyvinyl alcohol filling.<\/span><\/p>\n

Determined to make her toy a bit more fun, Scarlett placed her squishy in the freezer overnight and then microwaved it for a few seconds the next day.<\/p>\n
