And, when he went out for fast food, he\u2019d eat five cheeseburgers or a whole pizza \u201ceasy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He estimates he was consuming about 5,000 calories a day.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI felt pretty bad,\u201d Prochaska said. \u201cI would always put on a happy exterior because that\u2019s what a lot of big people do. But I was a pretty lonely person. You don\u2019t want to go to anywhere because you don\u2019t want to have to worry about fitting in the chairs and worry about having to walk very far, what you\u2019re going to wear.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He also couldn\u2019t exercise as he was short of breath.<\/p>\n<p>When his relationship of seven years was nearing its end, Prochaska finally realized it was time to make some changes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI knew she had lost respect for me because I was just a really big person and didn\u2019t do anything, and I wasn\u2019t going anywhere in life where I needed to go,\u201d Prochaska says.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was trying to save the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.newsner.com\/tag\/relationship\/\">relationship<\/a>. At first, he could only manage a couple of blocks, but he made a promise to himself: just keep moving. Each day, he pushed a little harder, and before he knew it, those short walks turned into a daily routine that kept him motivated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hold myself accountable! Determined to fuel his body the right way, he completely overhauled his diet. He cut out sweets, snacks, and chips, ditched sugary drinks in favor of water, and started counting calories to stay on track. Instead of empty carbs, he focused on a high-protein diet that gave him energy and helped build muscle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was just me making up my mind that this is it, it\u2019s going to be a life change,\u201d he says, adding that he then leveled up with workouts at the gym. \u201cI feel so great.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-still-trapped\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2018Still trapped\u2019<\/h2>\n<p>By 2023, Prochaska had lost about 360 pounds but admitted that he was still ashamed to share images of his new physique.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-space\" data-google-query-id=\"CN3PrcDmo4wDFRyQgwcd4XUkag\">\n<p>\u201cThree to One. I know it is hard for some of you to look at,\u201d Prochaska writes on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/f\/3-to-1-meet-cole-prochaska\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">GoFundMe<\/a>\u00a0campaign organized to support his pricey skin removal surgeries in California.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy weight goal has been reached but my life is not complete, and it will not be complete until I can get rid of this excess skin. I must tuck extra skin in my pants and still wear loose clothing to conceal the flab\u2026I have never walked on a beach without a shirt on and always avoided pool parties. I\u2019m still trapped. At first, he could only manage a couple of blocks, but he made a promise to himself: just keep moving. Each day, he pushed a little harder, and before he knew it, those short walks turned into a daily routine that kept him motivated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hold myself accountable! Determined to fuel his body the right way, he completely overhauled his diet. He cut out sweets, snacks, and chips, ditched sugary drinks in favor of water, and started counting calories to stay on track. I must tuck extra skin in my pants and still wear loose clothing to conceal the flab\u2026I have never walked on a beach without a shirt on and always avoided pool parties. I\u2019m still trapped. Due to this extra skin,\u201d he explains.<\/p>\n<p>Despite being self-conscious, Prochaska knew he had to share his full journey with fans and that included posting images of his sagging skin on the crowdfunding page, that so far has raised $81,226 of his $100,000 goal.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-inspiring-weight-loss\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2018Inspiring\u2019 weight loss<\/h2>\n<p>Celebrating his unbelievable\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.newsner.com\/tag\/health\/\">transformation<\/a>\u00a0and the dedication it took to get there, the internet is buzzing with praise for the man, who hopes to inspire others with their goals.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAbsolutely inspiring!
