And after three years of coming up empty, they set their sights on adoption.<\/p>\n<p>The couple was quickly matched with a birth mother and when it was time for the woman to get an ultrasound, Sarah and Andy went along.<\/p>\n<p>But what the ultrasound revealed shocked everyone: the doctors, the birth mother and the Justices alike. The woman was going to have\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.stories.newsner.com\/tag\/triplets\/\">triplets<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Some months later, little Joel, Hannah, and Elizabeth were delivered without a hitch. In this case, a large and wonderful family.<\/p>\n<p>The family\u2019s unlikely story became, of course, famous worldwide.\u00a0The\u00a0Justices were interviewed by\u00a0<a
